Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product — The bottle arrived broken, leaking, or visibly damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product — You received a different item than what you ordered
  • Sealed & unused — The product must be unopened and in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used bottles of Alpha Herb male enhancement oil
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery date
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number and a photo of the issue (damaged packaging, wrong product, etc.)
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging

Refund Process

  • Full refund for damaged or wrong products — processed within 3-5 business days
  • Free replacement shipped immediately if the product was damaged in transit
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash)
